The HeinrichThe flexographic printing unit can be used in both full-rotary and semi-rotary modes. It combines printing and finishing. While full-rotary applications are primarily used for full-surface varnishing, semi-rotary applications allow for printing different repeat patterns. Thanks to the mark control, precise printing or partial finishing can also be applied to existing label webs.

Depending on the repeat, application and material, the flexographic printing unit can achieve fully rotary speeds of up to 120 m/min and semi-rotary speeds of up to 60 m/min.

Optimally suited for flexographic printing of the Heinrich The agreement is PrintsPaul UV-LED drying. The control system can be fully integrated into the machine display, allowing for convenient operation of the lamp via the machine display. The specified speeds depend on the material, application and repeat rate and may therefore be considerably lower in actual operation.
