While full-rotary applications are primarily used for full-surface varnishing, semi-rotary applications allow for printing different repeat patterns. Thanks to the mark control, precise printing or partial finishing can also be applied to existing label webs.
Depending on the repeat, application and material, the flexographic printing unit can achieve fully rotary speeds of up to 120 m/min and semi-rotary speeds of up to 60 m/min.
