The HeinrichHot foil stamping is particularly distinguished by its flexibility. The head of the entire unit can be rotated 90 degrees. This allows foils to be processed perpendicular to the web, enabling the application of multiple foils to labels in succession. Friction spindles for foil winding and unwinding ensure optimal foil tension for each section. A brand reader can be used to precisely apply holographic foils to the labels. Pressure and temperature are, of course, finely adjustable to ensure clean and precise transfer.
The unit is available in machine widths of 330 mm and 420 mm and covers a repeat length of 310 mm or 400 mm, respectively.
The maximum operating speed is 200 cycles/min and depends on the application, media, and report.
