The HeinrichThe unwinder is always the first unit of the complete machine. It forms the starting point for further processing. The unwinder can handle roll sizes up to 800 mm in diameter. Servo control and communication with downstream modules ensure consistently uniform web tension, even with varying speeds and roll diameters. A web guide ensures precise web tracking.
Further options are available for unwinding. These include, for example, antistatic units, a corona pretreatment, or a web cleaning unit. Furthermore, roll handling can be significantly simplified by a height-adjustable unwinding axis.
