The HeinrichThe punching unit forms the heart of the Heinrich The unit is part of a series and is available in all web widths. It can be used in both full-rotary and semi-rotary modes, enabling a wide range of applications. Full-rotary speeds of up to 120 m/min and semi-rotary speeds of up to 60 m/min are achievable.
The punching unit is equipped with a magnetic cylinder as standard, thus enabling quick tool changes.
Unique in the market is the option to die-cut rectangular labels up to a length of 2.000 mm, depending on the material and application. This mode not only opens up new fields of application but also reduces die-cutting costs by approximately 30% in many cases.
An adjustable gap dimension and a conveyor for the production of in-mold labels round off the numerous available options.

The units of Heinrich The units can be freely combined and arranged when ordering. Adding further units later is also possible at any time. The speed of the entire machine is always determined by the slowest unit in use.
The specified speeds depend on the material, application and repeat rate and may therefore be considerably lower in actual operation.
