Heinrich-winding

The HeinrichThe rewinder is the final unit of the complete machine. It marks the end of the downstream processing. As standard, the rewinder features a grid take-off unit with a proven snowball system, as well as two independently operating spindles for forming the finished rolls. The rewinder can handle roll sizes up to 600 mm in diameter. The servo control ensures consistent web tension even with varying speeds and roll diameters. Four different slitting options are available: razor blade, pressure blade, shear cutting with rotating blades, or automatic shear cutting with rotary blades. A cassette with automatic back liner cutting is available as an option in addition to the four different slitting options.

Further options are available for the rewinding system. These include, for example, antistatic units and a semi-turret instead of the top rewind. Furthermore, the rewinds can be equipped with pressure arms including retaining bars for the material web.

Highlights of the Heinrich-Winding:

– fully servo-controlled drives

– Grid deduction in the pyramid scheme

– 4 cutting systems to choose from

– 2 independent windings

– optional automatically adjustable back cut of the liner

– optional semi-turret

The units of Heinrich The units can be freely combined and arranged when ordering. Adding further units later is also possible at any time. The speed of the entire machine is always determined by the slowest unit in use.
