The ECOLINE frame is a universally usable platform on which different systems can be built.
Not only the intuitive operation and the choice of display language contribute to a user-friendly experience. Uncomplicated web guidance with web guide and servo control ensures stable web tracking and uniform web winding, allowing for trouble-free further processing after web transport. Furthermore, the ECOLINE frame can also be combined with systems that require their own web transport. Dancers enable the platform to precisely and quickly adjust the web speed to the specific requirements.
Only a 220-volt power outlet is required for operation. The need for a compressed air connection was deliberately omitted to allow the system to be used in office environments. The ECOLINE frame is equipped with casters, making it incredibly easy to move, unlike other solutions.
The ECOLINE frame can, of course, also be equipped with our printing systems. In addition to a toner-based printing system, various inkjet printing solutions are available, both water-based and UV-based. This platform can therefore be used not only for a 4-color inkjet printing system, but also for an imprinting system or a system for finishing with inkjet varnishes.
The ECOLINE frame is in any case the cost-effective basis on which your desired system can be installed.
Depending on the desired range of functions as well as additional modules or extensions, the rental model can be adapted accordingly.
