The PrintsPaul The Otto 320 was specifically developed for the production of booklet labels and multilayer labels in small to medium print runs. This compact machine combines high precision with maximum flexibility, enabling the cost-effective production of sophisticated label solutions for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food, and industrial applications.

The machine operates with timed processes and can automatically feed booklets onto a web with precise registration and then laminate them. Additionally, it is possible to manually place products onto the web and process them further inline. This makes the Otto 320 ideally suited for customized applications and frequently changing production orders.

The Otto 320 processes booklets ranging in size from 40 x 70 mm to 285 x 300 mm, with 2 to 20 pages and a maximum thickness of 1,5 mm. It supports center fold, roll fold, and accordion fold. An intelligent servo control ensures stable and precise operation, even with challenging materials. The Otto 320 is particularly attractive for manufacturers who want to produce information labels, peel-and-read applications, or multi-layer specialty labels economically in small to medium print runs. Thanks to its exceptionally compact design, the machine requires minimal space and can be easily integrated into existing production environments.

This system was developed to automatically and precisely feed booklets and multi-page inserts into production and position them on the carrier web. The feeder operates with an intelligent suction system and servo-controlled push technology. This ensures that booklets are cleanly separated, positioned, and applied to the web with perfect registration. The system guarantees stable and reliable processing, especially with small formats and delicate materials. The feeder supports various production formats and features three different stroke lengths of 102 mm, 202 mm, and 302 mm. This allows for flexible processing of different booklet sizes.

The automatic feeder significantly increases production speed while ensuring consistent quality. Especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and informational labels, the feeder offers a major advantage in daily production.
