Printing with CMYK and white ink allows for white underprinting or the creation of special effects on transparent and colored substrates. The specified printing speed depends on the ink quantity, material, resolution, and application. Printing speeds of up to 50 m/min are possible.
As standard, corona treatment ensures optimal preparation of the media for subsequent printing. A two-stage drying system using LED UV lamps fixes the inks to the substrate. A sophisticated ink circulation system guarantees a continuous supply of ink, even with high ink volumes. ICC-compatible color management ensures color-stable production across various media.
The system is designed for both full-color label printing and printing on pre-printed label webs. This is made possible by a brand reader positioned before the printing unit, ensuring precise imprinting.
An upstream flexographic printing unit and a laminating station are available as options.
Depending on the desired range of functions as well as additional modules or extensions, the rental model can be adapted accordingly.
